Miss World Manushi Chhillar Shows Her Chilling Avatar to Congress Politician Shashi Tharoor

Congress Politician Shashi Tharoor  might be tweeting wisely and diplomatically, but his tweets about demonetization and Miss World 2017 got misfired badly  and in no time netizens made him to feel the heat and as a result he apologized for his tweets. But that’s not for all.

The newly crowned Miss World Manushi Chillar truly slayed in her response to the politician who tried to slam her and make fun of her surname while dragging the opposition for the decision of demonetization.

Manushi Chillar in a response to a Twitter handle by the name of Vineet Jain replied in a witty manner proving the tag of beauty with brains. She took a ‘chill’ stand and said, “Exactly I agree with you on this. A girl who has just won the World isn’t going to be upset over a tongue-in-cheek remark. ‘Chillar’ talk is just small change – let’s not forget the ‘chill’ within Chhillar @ShashiTharoor.”

Learning from his mistake, Mr Tharoor personally apologized to the Miss World and said that, “You’re a class act, @Manushi Chillar Beautiful, smart & uncommonly gracious too. Still, if any offence was caused to any member of your family, sincere apologies. Like every Indian, I’m proud of you.”

For those who have joined in late

For those who have joined in late, the day when Manushi Chhillar became Miss World 2017, while every citizen of the nation was beaming with pride and celebrating it, Congress leader Mr Shashi Tharoor took to twitter to criticize BJP by dragging Miss Chillar into this flek.

He tweeted “What a mistake to demonetize our currency! BJP should have realized that Indian cash dominates the globe: look, even our Chhillar has become Miss World!” referring “Chillar” as the change we generally tell in many Indian languages including Hindi and Telugu.

This resulted into a revolt of netizens on Twitter. Thus, following the backlash Mr Tharoor apologized for his dig at the Miss world.

He tweeted conveying his sorry, “Apologies to the many who seem to have been righteously offended by a light-hearted tweet today. Certainly no offence was meant to a bright young girl whose answer I’ve separately praised. Please: Chill!”.

With this ‘chilling’ response and a chilled out attitude of Manushi, she has definitely win over our hearts. Way to go Miss World.
