Chandigarh International Airport Gets Its Own Radio Station

Chandigarh International Airport is putting in efforts to make travel a happy experience for travelers. Now, Chandigarh airport has its very own first radio station.

The 91.9 FM has been launched in association with Radio Indigo. The station will have an in-house radio jockey (RJ) and All flight-related information will be announced at regular intervals.

On Friday, a flash mob, comprising 14 dancers, performed at the airport on the occasion.

The matter of pride is Chandigarh airport is the first in the non-metro category to have its own radio station. It is only the second time that a private radio station has been engaged to play curated music at an Indian airport.
