Any person entering Panchkula district, for work or personal reason is mandatorily required to register and be home quarantined for 14 days. Now, Panchkula administration has decided that if anyone is found not registered at https://edisha.gov.in/eforms/RegIncomingPersons, he/she shall be put in 14-days institutional quarantine.
Those who wish to be in Panchkula district for more than 72 hours, must register within 24 hours of their arrival.
DC Panchkula has also asked friends/relatives/family members to register such persons and inform about their stay.

The decision has been taken in the wake of 80% of the new COVID-19 positive cases in the district are persons or their contacts coming from outside Panchkula especially the hotspots like Delhi, Mumbai, Lucknow, Ahmedabad, Gurugram, Faridabad and other cities.
