Recent spike in COVID-19 positive cases in Panchkula is majorly due to patients having returned or have been in contact with persons jn hotspots like Mumbai, Delhi, Gurugram, Lucknow, Ahmedabad etc. Aiming to regulate inter-state movement of persons to contain the spread of Coronavirus, Panchkula DC has issued an advisory for visitors staying in the district.
• Visitors entering Panchkula from other states and staying for more than 3 days (72 hours) must compulsorily register on https://edisha.gov.in/eforms/RegIncomingPersons
• Visitors in Panchkula from other districts of Haryana/other states/UTs staying for more than 24 hours in Panchkula will be home-quarantined for minimum 14 days.
• Exception only the govt employees attending offices in Panchkula.
