The colorful holi celebrations at Saketri near turned black when a fight amongst group of boys turned nasty resulting in death of one young boy.
The grief-stricken family lodged a complain with police, but unfortunately ‘police didn’t take action’, as per the residents point of view.
Disgusted and frustrated, the whole Saketri village has come on the roads. The Saketri residents have blocked the roads between Mansa Devi Complex to IT Park, Chandigarh.
They are allowing not even a single vehicle pass through the road. Even at Fun Republic lights there is heavy traffic. If you are taking the route, please detour and go from Mani Majra.
Though police expects to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
