Just launched in alfresco set-up, the food truck is definitely going to be an inventive open-air destination for tricity residents. It offers luxurious air-conditioned cabanas and condos around the truck. Here foodies will find an exquisite menu which ranges from Indian, oriental, western to Italian comfort food.
Naveen Handa, the Executive Chef at JW Marriott, Chandigarh said one dish which is unique is Open palm, designed and crafted in the shape of Chandigarh’s ‘Open Hand Monument’. “I have made a shell of open palm, and I am serving Asian stir fry options in it,” he said.
