Monday morning was greeted with beautiful rainfall, but in no time the Chandigarh, Mohali & Panchkula roads revealed its inability to take such a downpour.
Roads are absolutely flooded. And to the add to the problem, the morning traffic! The roads were absolutely choked with snarling traffic and honking vehicles.
